Welcome to Fix My Appliance. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and professional relationship between our service center and our valued customers.
1. Nature of Service (Independent Provider)
Fix My Appliance (Owner: N Munishraja) is a Third-Party, Independent Service Center.
We are not an authorized service center for any specific brand (including but not limited to Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Sony, etc.).
Our technicians are independent experts providing out-of-warranty repairs.
By hiring us, you acknowledge that our services may void any existing manufacturer’s warranty on your appliance.
2. Service Warranty (30 Days)
We take pride in our workmanship. We offer a 30-Day Service Warranty starting from the date of the completed repair.
This covers the labor/service performed by our technician for the specific issue reported.
If the same technical fault recurs within 30 days, we will provide a follow-up inspection and repair at no additional labor cost.
This warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues that may arise after the initial repair.
3. Spare Parts Warranty (90 Days)
Any spare parts supplied and installed by Fix My Appliance come with a 90-Day Warranty.
This covers manufacturing defects in the part itself.
Exclusions: This warranty is void if the part fails due to external factors such as high voltage/power surges, water damage, physical breakage, or tampering by any person not authorized by Fix My Appliance.
4. Use of AI-Generated Content
This website utilizes Gemini AI to create visual and text-based content.
Identification Purpose: Images generated by AI are used solely for customer identification purposes to help users visualize appliance types and repair processes.
Representation: These images are illustrations and may not be an exact 1:1 representation of your specific appliance model or the exact part used in the repair.
5. Inspection & Diagnostic Charges
A visiting/inspection fee is applicable for every home visit.
This fee covers the technician’s time and travel to diagnose the problem.
If you choose to proceed with the suggested repair, the inspection fee is usually adjusted or waived as part of the total repair cost.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide a safe working environment for our technicians.
Customers are responsible for backing up any data (in the case of Smart TVs) and removing items from fridges or washing machines before the technician arrives.
Fix My Appliance is not responsible for the loss of perishable items (food) due to refrigerator failure.
7. Payments
Payments are due immediately upon completion of the repair.
We accept cash and digital payments as specified by the technician at the time of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Fix My Appliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the failure of an appliance. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
